Our Personal Training Packages in London

All of our personal training packages are individually tailored to suit your specific needs. Whatever your goal we have the tools and knowledge necessary to help you achieve your dreams!

 

We also offer a free no obligation consultation session. This allows us to find out little more information about you and between us we can establish why your are deciding to embark on this health and fitness journey, which will help gauge where your motivation is stemming from. Consultations usually last approximately 60 minutes.

 

By the end of the consultation not only will we have more of an idea about you, but also you will have met us and therefore if you decide to embark on your personal training experience with us then we can hit the ground running in your first actual session.

1-2-1 Personal Training
